October is almost over

Well one week to go and I have stayed focused for the most part on ME. I have managed to take off some weight this month and get in more exercise then time on the couch. Planning next months challenge with my sister and friend in advance to commit to 3 days of strength training. We all decided to focus on a issue we struggle with and stick with it for 30 days and check in with each other daily to report out what we did. September was 100 situps or more a day. I never missed one day

October was to hold a plank as long as possible. Not so happy with this challenge I can hold for 1 min at the most
