Half way there...

This blog is written by me & to be honest, for me...

I have reached the halfway point of my 70lb weightloss goal. Struggling a bit. I am writing this more or less as a contract to & with myself to keep fighting the good fight because I AM WORTH IT!!!

I commit to the following & will not give up, no matter the setbacks:
* Zumba every Monday
*Yoga every Tuesday
* Weigh-in every Wednesday
* Planet Fitness twice weekly
* Utilize my resources (WW Online; SparkPeople, Planet Fitnessetc) consistently
* I will seek help when needed
* I will eat a healthy breakfast
* I will complete another 5k walk by 12/31/13
* I will be motivated by what I have already accomplished
* I will not permit others to deter me from my goals

I CAN DO THIS! I WILL DO THIS! I WILL DO THIS!
