This weeks weigh in.....
Since Saturday 12th of October I have lost 2.3 kilos.... imagine what I could do with more effort in the exercise department.
note... I am focusing on healthy eating and portion control at the moment.
Whilst I am still walking and going to ballet classes I havent doing much else in the way of exercise but will start to increase it slowly.
