Walking more but not losing

I am walking more, but my eating has been erratic......so of course I am not losing a thing. I am taking my thyroid supplements (doctor visit revealed an underactive thyroid but not enough to warrant medication) I finally am back to tracking my food and I feel better again. My walking is great I need to increase it so I walk on my non school days too. I have increased my thyroid supplement as of today and I will see if that helps.

The biggest thing for me is the erratic eating...on again off again...does not work! I need to stay diligent. And my water even has been erratic I have to get back to what works!
