    Hi congrats on posting your foods.
    All looks good except as Bob from the biggest loser show says;
    Eat protein every meal
    Eat lots of apples and berries
    Don't eat carbs in the evenings
    30-50 grams fibre a day
    Get rid of those white potatoes
    Eat a real breakfast.
    Eat your veggies
    Get rid of fast and fried foods.
    I see not enough protein,fruit or veggies and way too much salt.
    I would be so hungry and bitchy.

    Lorie - Are you eating enough calories for your activity level? I know you do those stairs an awful lot. You don't want your metabolism to slow down!
