Becoming mentally healthier

Well, I have been getting into shape and losing weight since June. I have lost 40 lbs which is awesome! I have also noticed that I am all around in a better mood and place mentally. I have always been a happy person but it has been even better lately. They say that exercise helps with depression and moods and I have really noticed a difference. That is when I think about what else in my life that I need to start working on. It made me come to realize that I need start cutting the unhealthy out of all parts of my life. This sadly means that I will be letting go of someone who isn't helping me move along to my goals. I am proud of myself that I can see that clear now. I am important and I need to try and make all facets of my life as healthy as possible.
