Paying Attention to the Positive

Three Recent Accomplishments:
1. I made a weekly menu with healthy, easy dinners and bought the food to make them for the week.
2. I realized that I need a food routine, just as I need a daily routine to keep myself productive. I made a list of healthy breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and snacks to have each day.
3. I brought comfortable shoes to leave at work so that I can take a walk at lunchtime.
