What I want to happen in next seven days

I want to increase my daily exercise time from 15 minutes to 20. I want to stop struggling with wanting to snack so much between 6 and 8 at night! I have experimented with eating different things earlier in the day to help with this but nothing seems to help! I did the eat an apple if it's true hunger but keep on craving after eating that. I feel like I have made great strides in almost all other areas of healthy living but not there! Next week is going to be better for me. That is my goal.
