I've been keeping with it. It's been fantastic. I'm eating heathy, and have kept running.
I signed up for two diet bets while i'm doing this. My first one is hosted by Jillian Michales, my 2nd is hosted by fromfattofitchick, a local woman who lost 200 lbs.
I'm covered my diet bets until Nov 4th, so my weight HAS to go down or I chance losing money.
I've written my goal weight (for the diet bet) on my body, not as exteme as tattooing it, but it's a constant reminder that I need to get to that weight.
No, a number on a scale doesn't dictate my self worth, but running my heart out will get me to a healthy weight. There is no reason a 5ft 1 woman should be over 200 lbs.
Let's change that.
