Challenges for this round

My biggest obstacle is always well me! It is soooo easy to give up, not push hard, slack off, take a short cut. I gained 6 lbs over break back after working so hard to take it off. I have to stay positive and see that I didn't gain everything back and that it is a temporary set back and that I am moving forward and getting back on track. Strengths I have is that I am competitive. I like being in the top of the step count. I like getting 100% in the challenges. I have 3 big dogs in the house that like going for walks and insist on it! My boyfriend has gone totally vegan for his diet so I am learning new recipes. I am ready to get that gain off and keep going. Fat you are going down!
