My relationship with food is moderately healthy. On a scale of 1-10, 1 being unhealthy and 10 being very healthy, I'm a 5. Sounds like I'm sitting on the fence but I have times when we we go out where I really try to choose healthy foods. But there are also those “other" times. I snack and piece a lot at night while watching TV.
Changes I need to make?
Not eating at night.
