I use to think that lots of steps = weight loss and inches lost. I was proven wrong with my heel ankle issues this summer. This is when I learned that multiple layers of movement = a smaller happier me. by the way official results are I placed 5th in my age group and my friend 15th. emoticon So very happy about that. I am thinking about entering the one for October in Eau Claire, WI. so pumped up emoticon
