Just hit 2000 minutes fitness for the month. Have been keeping cals below 1500/day and have upped protein some. Eating mostly veggies and fruit and some fish at dinner. I will be so glad to get this gut off. One third of my way to loosing 100 pounds! Sparkpeople works.
