Time to track!

I would really like to get into the 130s before November. I have a little adventure planned – and it seems like a good and reasonable goal by early November. It gives me just about 7 weeks (before I leave) to lose approximately 7 pounds.
Mostly I set this weight goal to rededicate myself to exercise. I haven’t been doing anything lately – and I feel tired all the time. I am positive they are related, I just don’t know which is causing the other. I’m hoping it’s the lack of activity – and that I can kick it in the butt these next couple of weeks.
So my point here is to more closely monitor what I am eating, and see how it relates to energy and productivity.
I have laid out my food intake for the day already. Hopefully I stick with it.
Now… for that exercise plan….
