Exercise and Anxiety

I've been working out nearly every night. It's been nice and I'm seeing results. I'm sore, but that's to be expected. I'm stretching before and after workouts, but I'm still sore. Hamstrings, quads, and calves - Oh my!
I'm a little worried about Hubs coming back to nights. I'm going to continue to workout at night after work, but Hubs is pretty good about convincing me to come straight home.
I refuse to give up the exercise. I refuse to give up. I can be healthy!
