I had an awesome day yesterday! I went for two walks and really felt good. I've been vacumming today and can feel it in my back again...trying to remember moderation. I've been thinking about what my goals and rewards should be this challenge. I like what I've seen on your spark pages and need to do the same.

I've been exploring the site and trying to get around it. It seems like I spend too much time trying to find things I want to see. I know it will get easier...

I think the first thing I am going to work on is organizing my clothes. I'll sort them by size and then just think how fun it will be to grab a smaller size to wear. It will also be a good indication of weight loss inches. If there's something I really want to wear, then that can be a new goal!

    Good plans all around! I too need to go through my closet! I have a "too big" section now, one that I hope I will never have to pull anything from again...but I am reluctant to rid myself of the clothes because, just my luck, I'll jinx myself and "need" them again...so, in my closet they hang. On the bright side, it reminds me just how far I really have come, especially on those days when I don't see any progress on the scale...I can just look in my "too big" sections and say, wow...I really am shrinking.

    Keep getting in those walks...every step counts! Navigating the spark pages will definitely get easier. I get lost every so often still, but if I do take a wrong turn it usually works out for the best because I learn something from the misdirection...or I get to read someone's blog that I wouldn't have otherwise seen. I LOVE the Spark site!! emoticon
