9 week insanity challenge!

Starting the Insanity challenge tomorrow and I'm super excited! I started a few weeks ago, and in two weeks lost inches and was feeling good. Ended up stopping because I was in a lot of pain and needing a root canal. Have been off the program for 2 weeks now, and feeling terrible. Starting back at square 1 tomorrow, and promising myself 9 weeks of fitness and healthy eating. Here is my calendar:

Sept 16-22nd : Week 1
Sept 23 - 29th: Week 2
Sept 30 - Oct 6th: Week 3
October 7 - 13th: Week 4
October 14 - 20th: 'Recovery Week'
October 21 - 27th: week 5
October 28 - Nov 3: Week 6
Nov 4 - 10th: Week 7
Nov 11 - 17th: Week 8
Final results: November 17th

Depending on how this goes, I may do it again to tone more. Looking forward to a good challenge and getting my body back on track!
