I ran the Color Run today! I haven't been able to run since Tuesday (I got up and ran in the dark, ran 25 minutes and walked the rest). I RAN THE WHOLE WAY, except for one minute of walking. I was pretty proud of myself.

In terms of food, I've been watching what I eat but allowing myself a cheat day or two. I cheated a little today because of the run (I was in El Paso and near actual good sushi, so I just had to have some). I did my three days of personal training which was awesome.

According to the scale, I'm down two more this week. I'll take what I can get!
