Split team challenge got me going

Spark people's blog prompt today was when was the last time I REALLY set a goal for Myself. When Pam set up the split team challenge last June I jumped on board. I loved meeting all the new women so much I went for round 2! Then I was so motivated I joined spark coach. 12 pounds later am still going strong! I exercise everyday and journal everyday. So, thanks Pam and the55+ group you are my Heros!
