Stop for a little while & analyze what are the root causes of your overeating. Do you binge because you are angry or sad, frustrated? You need to confront whatever is upsetting you. Talk to the person. Try to keep your cool. There's no point in making WWIII in your home or at work. Try to use your sense of humor to make your point.
Try to find an outlet for your angry energy. Exercise is a great outlet for angry energy. Use your creativity to make things better for yourself. You can do it. I have faith in you.
