When you feel negative - think like a Dyslexic !

When you feel bad turn those negative thoughts & emotions UPSIDE DOWN. Where there is Guilt - apologize, make amends & let it go.
Where there is Anger - release the toxic rage before it literally makes you ill. Being angry makes you tense /uptight. Release the anger & free yourself of that toxic burden. You will feel so much better.
Self loathing - love yourself. You were lovingly made by God.
Uncertainty- think about ways to improve your situation. Do what you can. Step by step. Realize what you know to be true & use those beliefs as the foundation of your Life. Have more Faith in yourself.
Hate - is a very toxic emotion. You don't have time to waste with such feelings. There is no room in your mind, body,heart & Soul for such toxic waste.
Stagnation - literally step outside. Go to some place that makes you happy. Discover new things. Get lost /ramble/roam around in a different town/ village, etc.. If you're bored BREAK YOUR boring Pattern. Get moving. You need to refresh your Spirit.
If you feel that you have been Abandoned - and you have tried to communicate with that loved one stop for a moment and set aside the negative emotions. Think of some things that you have been wanting to do that you might actually enjoy doing alone. You can make new friends. See new places. Do new things. Take the time to get to know yourself.

Remember that you teach other people how to treat you & how to see you so you should do your best to present yourself in your best light. Never stop learning. It's fun & very exciting. You Must keep moving & progressing to give yourself a Fulfilling Life.

    Beatiful! Very well done blog......And so much of these feelings are WHY we are overweight!! I love the dyslexic idea!! Very true...we need to switch up these yucky emotions...mix up and switch up.....One rotten one at a time!! Can you tell I am working on this right now?! Ha, ha.....Had a particularly trying day yesterday with negative family members....so you really hit the nail on the head for me! Thank you. emoticon emoticon
