Sometimes when we feel like too many things in our life are out of our control it gets frustrating. This frustration turns to anger. We may want someone else to help us, say your partner/ spouse but if you don't ask for help & work together to resolve your problems then the frustrations will build into Anger & RAGE. You may turn on your partner - ie yelling, etc. or you may turn your anger inward. You may blame yourself & take on self destructive habits or patterns, ie. overeating. This may make you feel better for a few minutes but then you begin to feel guilty, then angry again & the self destructive pattern continues.
Instead you must find a way to figure out a more constructive solution to your problems. If you can calmly communicate with your partner, your should be able to work out a positive productive way to improve your Life.
Imagine a bag/ sack/ suitcase. Now think of all of the negative baggage that is burdening you & ruining your life. Now imagine jettisoning all of that TRASH into outs pace & out of your Life. Now - How do you feel ? You should feel FREE to Live & make a Fresh start. Free to Live the Wonderful Life that you were meant to live.
