BLC 19: WUB Week 4

Despite my best efforts this week, the scale just did not move. I started personal training on Monday and I worked out for a total of 344 minutes. I think I may have messed up with how much I should be eating as I was still trying to eat around 1300-1500 calories. The weekend was bad eating-wise. It's the first time in the month that I ate things without thinking first or tracking after. I am hoping that this week I can get back on track and see the scale move.

The Color Run is this Sunday. I'm excited and I hope that I can run the whole thing. I'm certainly going to try.

Here are some pictures of me today. I hope a month from today I can recognize some changes!
