What I have been doing well

Spark coach has really been keeping me on track. One of my least favorite things it has me do each day though is blog! I am not fond of others reading my thoughts. I am not a very good writer and in my hurry I make typing errors. Today's prompt made me want to blog though! It said what three things have you been doing well.
First, I have been getting up 15 minutes early and walking on the treadmill everyday. When I started 2 minutes would get me winded. Now I do15 minutes. I do 20 jack knives on wii. When I started I couldn't finish 3.
The second thing I am doing well is journaling everyday. Before, if I had a bad day I didn't want to write it down. Now, I use it as motivation to not do the same the next day. I am not beating myself up over it! I ask myself what can I learn from it.
The last thing I have been doing well is checking in on spark coach everyday! As my friend that is doing spark coach with me stumbles I ask if he checked in with spark coach and the answer is no. I know spark coach has kept me on track! It might not be perfect progress. I haven't lost as much as I would like (only ten pounds since June) but I feel better and I am sleeping better. I have to remind myself it's a marathon not a sprint!
