Going strong. Got off of work 2 hours late tonight. Still went to the gym for a 30 minute jog/run on the treadmill.
Have gone last 3 nights.
I've been munching on ice cream cake that my husband was made for his birthday. I've been portioning well, and making sure it all fits in my calories.
Salads in a jar are working well. I take one every day for lunch, and it makes sure I don't go get crap at lunch time.
If anyone has some tasty ideas for salad combinations, let me know. I love variety.
