Day 3 of Slim in 6

After finding out I have plantar faciatis (apologize for the spelling) and battling a summer cold, I decided to re-introduce my body to workouts. I am a fan of high intensity cardio (turbo fire and Insanity) but doing a lighter workout was going to shock the system. Suprisingly, Sim in 6 is a program that keeps you moving and the sweat pouring.

It is a great workout and I look forward to doing it everyday. Heck yes I do. It is exactly what I needed to get back on the right track......
