BLC 19: WUB Week 3

This week has been a great week! I have been tracking regularly, but I also allow myself one-two cheat days per week. Twice this week I had so many calories left over I went out to get ice cream for a treat! My cheat day this week was yesterday: I went to the Harvest Wine Festival. I even tracked everything up until dinner time, but I was going out to dinner with a friend I haven't seen in a while and I only had 500 calories left for the day. I knew I wouldn't be able to stay in range, so I decided that yesterday was my cheat day. Although that one meal is pretty much the only reason I didn't get the full ten points for the week, it was a nice meal!
I did have a cold this week and I took a 3 day break from running. Despite still having a cough, I decided that I wanted those 500 monthly minutes so I got up and ran through the cold! I found a new 5K to run and registered for it this week! I will use that as my virtual 5K run time as well. For the last two weeks before the run, I am going to train going the full distance of 3.1 miles every single time. It will take more time, and I'll need to wake up earlier, but I know it's what needs to be done!
Looking forward to week 4, and taking some measurements! I'm definitely thinking that I look slimmer. I lost 9 pounds in August, and I'm hoping I can lose at least 9 more in September!
