Today is Saturday, I have signed up for the 10 minutes a day fitness challenge last week. Just so you know a little about me(as bad as it is) 10 minutes to me sounded like a lot of extra work( I know it's terrible, but I speak the truth)..don't judge me. :) Well 8 days have gone by and I'm still in it and actually tracking it and doing it , in fact I was so intent on getting it done, a week went by and I didn't realize it. Then it sunk in, I may not be losing 5 lbs a week, but I AM making progress and getting fit, and not feeling like its a chore. Don't get me wrong, I have a long way to that bikini body(like I will ever wear one again)but its the first time in a long time when I thought it might actually be something that I can do. Feeling good about myself today.
