Slowly: A new way in thinking

Passed three days in Berlin.
Lots of tourists there and alot of street-food.
In times before i would have plunged into these multible occasions.
I love Chinese, Korean, Thai, Japanese, Italian.... [add whatever you want] food.

I found one Becks technique very helpful. I said to myself: "You want it, but you dont need it." I told me that loosing was more important than snacking. That i can wait till my next meal. At my next meal i could have it - but not now.
That was great.
So i had sucessful NoS-days in the middle of Street-food-paradise
