Shocked by my achievements.

I have now lost 20 pounds and can hardly believe my achievement. It doesn't seem like I have improved how I eat. I know that I don't drink any alcohol and that I don't eat much junk food any more but my basic meals are similar to what I ate before I started this journey. I have been faithfully logging what I eat and about 90% of the time I am within my calorie range. I have also been drinking at least 8 glasses of water every day. That is probably the biggest change that I have made. I used to drink diet green tea with lemon often as well as beer occasionally. The other really big change in my life is exercising. I am currently doing SP boot camp videos daily and walking for an hour or doing SP cardio videos for at least 20 min. daily.
I can't imagine doing this well if SP wasn't here to help me with my journey and I am thankful for all my SP friends who encourage me with their comments and their blogs. It is comforting to know that other people are also striving to do their best and that they also have the spark to move forward.
