Two years since I blogged. Two years of letting myself go in the term of my eating. And my exercising had also reduced since by best-est workout buddy was laid off.
I checked in here every month or so, but didn't track my food, didn't track my exercise.
The only positives to be had out of this hiatus: I have not gained even more weight, and I still do body pump sessions (a cross between strength and cardio) twice a week.
Well, life's a journey and sometimes we go in circles, or revisit old haunts. So here I am again. It's nice to be back.
