Rookie Running Program Day 3

I never thought I would finish the first workout let alone the 3rd one in a week. I have never run for pleasure. Not sure it's enjoyable (yet) since I can barely get thru a 1 minute run every 4 minutes but I am not going to stop. I know I am making progress! Things are waking up on my body. Good changes!!

    Congrats! That's where I am too! Or was until I got sick. I started the program about two weeks ago but started it late in the first week so I restarted it this week and then got sick halfway through with a cold. So now I'm going to have to restart it AGAIN because I'm supposed to run every other day but I'm still sick. So once I'm better I'm gonna restart yet again. I have a C25K app that instructs me to run 60 secs, walk for 90 secs then run again and it's a half hour workout with 5 minute warm up and cool down. I really like it! Imagine us, sparkers out sparking and running!

    I always picture something I am running towards....like a new purse or more recently...Spike from Buffy the Vampire Slayer! LOL!
