Rough couple days

So I did 4 days in two and yesterday my back and foot were really sore so I thought I would make it a rest day. I felt like I was just done. I have been on the go since I started my challenge between umping 36 games of ball, running to the arena's taking my older son to hockey, bike riding with my younger one, vacation to Jasper Canada which included hikes everyday and ensuring I am getting my challenge days in finding time for the treadmill and the gym. I needed a nothing day as my rest days were umping days and so on.
I weighed in this morning and even with all the hard work I have been doing some how put on a pound. Hoping it's muscle and not fat but still I really want to get back in to the hundred club and I am close about 5.5lbs away. It's so frustrating.
I am excited to start my T-25 though on Sept 1 for 90 days and see who that goes for me. I am considering becoming a beachbody coach as it's inspiring to see the changes one can have when you put in the work!
