Regroup

After I met my goal in 2011, I decided to go into maintenance mode. My body settled into a comfortable weight, and I decided I would wait and see how I did. I did pretty well, actually, but little by little I put on a pound here and there, and this week I decided I needed to buckle down again and get those ten or fifteen pounds off. I PROMISED myself that I would never leave ONE-derland again, and I refuse to break that promise to myself.

The good news is that I never stopped exercising - and I have exercised in some meaningful way every day for 2 1/2 years. Sometimes that meant that when we were on vacation I was jogging around a interstate rest stop late at night, but hey we do what we can, right? I think that is going to make the journey this time a lot less painful!

Taking a year away from spark wasn't a bad thing, I was able to focus on other parts of me and make them stronger, but now its time to return and regroup!
