Had a great 1st week back on track. Not perfect, but still great. Made it through the weekend which is usually the hardest for me.
Started this week on a good note. Not ready to step on the scale but my clothes are fitting comfortably. That's a good sign!
Began my weight loss in the kitchen... not going crazy with exercise ...YET... but I will get there. I want to find something that works comfortably into my schedule, and something I will do on a regular basis.
Most important are my food choices. I was pretty good but I see where I want to improve.... one step at a time. This will move me forward in a way most comfortable and easily "livable." This is a lifestyle change and change is not always easy. But I'll get there!
I want a healthy body and I don't mind working at it every day. But I don't want it to be a chore..I want it to come more naturally.... flow. I think that will work for me.
Week 2.... going to step it up a bit!
