Staying on track

We have passed the half way point of August....already I know! emoticon
I am confident I can meet my goal of at least 1500 fitness minutes.
This past week I have been slacking a little, putting off my exercise and not logging food. Today I forced myself to run; I could easily have stopped at 20 mins but I pushed it up to 45 mins. I realised when I got back that I don't want to be a slacker, I like my exercise and I certainly don't want any weight to creep back on. emoticon
I want to keep an eye on the calories and take action when necessary. Procrastinating is not for me, it does not make me feel good.
So this week I will be up and at it again and working towards those goals. emoticon
