Almost made goal today

Today I walked/ran 4 miles in an hour. My goal is to walk/run 5 miles in an hour. I am almost at goal. I could hear my trainer's voice in my head to keep going, you can do it. I felt such a sense of accomplishment.

Another milestone in my weight loss journey.
