After the crazy weight alternation this week I did manage to get another half kilo lost this morning. It is probably not the most stable number - I did a frantic "last-minute workout" yesterday and went for strenght-treining and swimming and furthermore half-starved... I will have to fortify it the coming week and work even harder to get som more lost next saturday.
But for today it is really one day at the time. I am happy to see that I finish the first part of my mental training program today - I have another six days with muscular relaxation in step two and then I will move on to mental relaxation. I am eager to start with confidance training and to strenghten myself as identity - but has decided that I will follow the program as said and not jump ahead...
