Lord Love A Duck!--By eating fresh fruits--veggies--AND journaling, I lost weight!--AND___I actually went to bed WITHOUT eating ------I DID WHAT SPARK SAYS_____AND IT WORKS!
Holy cow! I've only been on here 14 zillion years----and I FINALLY did what I'm supposed to do----I JOURNALED! It was a bit of a shock when after lunch, I found the calories were wayeee too high----but-----I was honest----(Holy cow eh?)-I wrote what I ate for supper---and--even tho, I was at the high end of the calories allowed---but-----the ol' weight still dropped by .5 lbs!
And this morning I feel pretty proud of myself that I survived the night--WITHOUT bulking up before bed!

The above pictures are of the SIM-at Pearson Airport, where son#2 the Air Canada Pilot has been for this month-He sits in there and learns how to fly the Airbus---
I like to hear that! I'm happy and grateful Pilots are retrained --a lot!-when they change planes--He seems to enjoy it!

So Sparklers----Guess what?---Eating healthy works!---LOL-----Spark WORKS!
--that's if you work Spark! YOUZA!!!----

    congrats on the break through! who knew...if you are honest about what is going in the weight starts coming off ---we all know it, just gotta live it every day. emoticon
    ps. glad about the frequent training updates for the pilots- it is comforting to know we are not all flying on a wing and a prayer

    As I read the blog (and I loved this one as much as all the others)...I was thinking as I came to Son #2 learning the Airbus...I thought, "he did this when he got promoted, didn't he? I remember it" then read that he was doing it AGAIN. Ah, that IS good news...for them and for us...they are always on their toes so to speak...or wings would be better. I understand how proud you are of him, because even I am proud of him...you have good kids!

    Now, try to be healthy for them, eat healthy, You already have one day under your belt...and emoticon emoticon emoticon

    I hear you about walking the dogs. Once I let my guard down and Indi, who loves all animals( even skunks), chased a squirrel that ran in front of her. It was raining and there were wet leaves on the ground. I slipped and flew right into a .......tree! Head first! Yep, so don't let your guard down!!
