Making raw food

Did my own tandoori spice mixture yesterday and added it to som beet root patties I made. They have been dried in the oven (very low temperature during the night and will be in my lunch box at work today. I changed the recipe a little, did not add as much sunflowerseed because I dpon´t think I need all those calories... and since I am not alltogether "raw" I don´t have to be careful about protein, I will get that in the meat and fish I eat.

and then yesterday I made some raw food myself:

tandoori beetroots before I made it into patties and dried it and mushrooms marinated in tamari soy and a little oil, that was REALLY delicious

Merlin was happy to see me after a week and loved to run wild again:

we biked to my friend who lives by lake Merlin, sat on her front step and watched two eagles flying over the water - powerful!
