    emoticon Hi! Please don't let that one lb gain get you down. It sounds as though you have done well overall tracking your food and that is a positive. Like you told us your peers give yourself credit for the positive things your did.

    Also, I don't know what you have been doing as far as exercise, but often times when we gain; we are gaining muscle; not necessarily fat. Keep focused on the positives and emoticon emoticon
