Day 11: #backontrack

I cut down on the amount of baking powder and VIOLA! I'm much happier with the waffles. Crispier than I like, but at least they stay in the pan and stay together.

I didn't go walking, go to the gym or even go outside for very long today.

I stayed in and groomed out Shih Tzu, bath both him and the lab, and catch each animal (2 dogs, 3 cats) long enough to put flea medicine on them.

We had a nice light fish dinner and I did my waffle experimentation.

We may have had some Teriyaki Pork Sausage as a snack later.

All in all. Not a bad day. Tomorrow, I think I'm going to start doing Couchto5k on the treadmill. I can't successfully run a mile without walking yet. I should change that.

    Good luck! I should try to do the couchto5k training even tho I am not doing a 5k but I see some running in the Be FitBR magazine that comes once a month in the Sunday paper (the Advocate). It's a pretty interesting magazine.
