I'm pushing ahead, one day at a time

Since I came back to SP back in May I have come a long, long way. The first time I went for a walk I felt sluggish and could not go too far. Now I am walking 3 miles almost everyday and usually feel good during the walk. I have been tracking what I eat every day and I find that I learn about what works and what doesn't. It is especially helpful to me by showing me where I have gone wrong and ate too much sodium in one day. My blood pressure readings are nice and low. I am anxious to see my doctor later this month and show her my blood pressure journal. I am so thankful to SP for teaching me all the things that I am learning every day.
