Stuck in a Rut.

Well, I'm into my second month of trying to lose weight, and so far have managed to lose only 4.5 pounds. Now don't get me wrong. I'd much rather weigh 4.5 pounds less, than be what I was before. Every little bit counts. I just know that it's time to move on, and work harder. While I've been eating less than I was, I've been neglecting to exercise, and that's been a major part of the problem. I know what I need to do to get more weight off. It's just a matter of doing it. The good thing is, I'm still in the mind set of wanting to lose weight. I'm still motivated to try. I just need to do it!
