January 1, 2013 - January 1, 2014 to get a healthy, fit body. The most important thing I've discovered about myself that benefits this process is that my dedication wavers most during the heat. The best progress I've made has been in cooler weather - so I'm hoping these last four months will get me where I want to be.
I've been keeping a photo diary of this process as a way to motivate myself when the scale fails me. I have a lOOOONG way to go - but I can see I've come a long way. I recommend this method to EVERYONE.
Jan 1st and August 1st... way more to go!
