Weigh-in for Monday 8/6

Wellllll.... yesterday was one of those days where... I didn't eat a single healthy thing and I was so tired that I fell asleep w/o exercising, but I stayed in my calorie range and tracked my food all day. So, I'll count it as a win!
I'm embarrassed to say what I ate yesterday... lol, but here goes! I started the day out sensibly enough with slice of toast and 1 tbsp. PB. Fair enough.... then, the lunch rush hit pretty hard so I indulged myself in about 12 oz of mt dew and 1.5 slice of medium thin crust pizza (loaded up with lean ham and extra veggies at least)
Dinner really wasn't that bad, either. I had half a small baked potato with grilled bbq chicken (only about 3-4 oz) blackeye peas, mixed veggies, a dollop of light sour cream on my potato and a little extra bbq sauce with my chicken.
Then... I just ate a bunch of junk.... I had some mangos and some chips and salsa and some fried pork skins... a hot dog.... LOL. I told you guys... I'm embarrassed about all the junk food I ate yesterday..... I had an insane sweet tooth so I made cupcakes before bed (I KNOW!) lol but I actually only ate one cupcake and SOMEHOW I did not go over my calories.
I had 1508 cal
224 - carbs
40 - fat
22 - fiber
So ... inspite of eating all that JUNK! I actually met every nutrition goal except fiber and only missed that by three grams! I had an awful headache after work and fell asleep w/o exercising.... all in all, I'll count the day a success because I didn't over eat and I tracked everything I did eat AND most importantly.... I totally owned my sweet tooth by making the cupcakes and having the will power to make them small enough only to have 125 cal. each and bought some cool whip frosting which has about 1/3 less calories from regular frosting! A cupcake for 185 cal? OK! I'll take it! No regrets! I only ate ONE! :D The important thing here- tracking is really starting to stick! hooray :)
