7-Jogging, 1.85 miles, 30:30 minutes; Zumba-60 minutes; Swimming, 20 laps, 14:00 minutes

10- Rest, no exercise
11- Jogged 2.66 miles, 47:31 minutes, walked .34
12- Jogged 1.86 miles, 30:50 minutes; Walked 1 mile

14- Jogged 1.82 miles, 31:13 minutes, Zumba-60 minutes
