    * Good luck w/school. The schedule is a good idea if you can do it.

    * The morning is one of three peak times for gyms. Before work, lunch and after-work. Standardizing is good for the diet. Prepping food is a good idea. The test run is a great idea.

    **re 30 pounds in 3 months (13 weeks):**
    OK (takes out #abacus) that's about 2.25 pounds a week on average while making a major life change in a new academic environment. Sounds like the morning is a new workout time for you.

    Sounds like if you (a) hit the gym most mornings and do a really intense workout, (b) can manage the stress of a new academic program and (c) lose an average of 2-2.5 pounds a week without #plateauing, then you should be fine. I presume you to be a morning person.

    In two week's time, #SuperTrent, is going to reveal..no wait...BLOG, about his plan to do almost the exact same thing......but with a #MULTIPLIER.

    Don't drive and blog! That's really dangerous. My sister was almost killed by someone on their cell phone. It only takes a second of looking away for an accident to happen. Sorry about the lecture, but I am an elementary school teacher so it's part of my job to lecture kids when they're doing something wrong. LOL I hope you don't mind. I hope your program goes well. Be prepared for a lot of work. And yes you will have a lot of homework to do. It's all worth it in the end though. It's a fun job most of the time.
