Today was weigh in day. I try to only weigh twice a month once on the 24th (my first spark weigh in day) and again on the last day of the month, just for my personal tracking purposes.
I was a bit worried with some less than stellar eating during the holiday and not reaching my 10,000 step goal several times this month. Not to mention I ate dinner late last night and was fearing it would make my weigh in a bit higher than it should be ---- but the work I DID do showed results on Mr Scale. Yippee! So 6.2 lbs gone this month for a total of of 31 lbs since Easter. Amazing.
Better than those numbers, I FEEL better. I have more energy. I actually miss walking or moving when I can't squeeze it in my schedule. Can't say I have lost those cravings for non healthy foods, but they no longer control my eating. Not to mention, I rocked a dress for the first time in a long time. People are noticing. I am wearing smaller clothes! FINALLY! I think I am almost out of the plus sizes! My confidence is returning. I smile more. Even shoes fit me better! Who woulda thought all that would come from choosing a healthier lifestyle and getting off the couch?
Simply Amazing. So I am flying high on the feeling of accomplishment, floating on my pink cloud. Next goal, out of the 190's. Would love to get out of that obese category and become overweight! Sounds silly that a goal would be to be overweight - but small steps. Looking forward to overweightdom!!!
Off for my walk during lunch hour. I got goals to reach!!!
