Lemon Detox diet is a juice cleanse diet. You can do it from 2 days to 30 days.
Everyday you drink a lemon juice consist of:
    - 4 fresh squeezed lemons (140ml ish)
    - B grade Maple Syrup (140ml ish = same amount as the lemon)
    - Cayenne Pepper. (1/3-1/2 tsp)
As soon as you get up, you drink 32oz of warm salt water (you can do 18oz in the beginning). You can also replace that with a Smooth Move tea. (I think salt water is more helpful)
Right before bed drink a cup of Smooth Move tea!
My recommendation is if you are new to this, just try it out for at least 2 days. Day 1 will be GOD AWFUL! So after day two, you think it is still gross, just STOP! This detox is NOT for you! If you didn't mind for two days, and you have been eating a lot of proceed food in the past, I would suggest you to do it up to 7 days. I am doing it up to 4 days, cuz I don't really eat processed food.
Before you start this, for three days you should try to reduce your food intake slowly to prep :] After your detox period, SLOWLY ease into solid food. Veggie fruit juice day 1, Veggies and Fruits day 2, soft non-proceed solid food day 3 and beyond!
IF you want to do more than 7 days, which I don't really recommend...you REALLY need to eat protein on the side. Because this detox lacks protein! So eat tofu :]
